Dr. Ali Mardassi was the ex-secretary of the Tunisian Society Of Otolaryngology and has a rich experience in organizing ENT- HNS events. He was graduated from ENT-HNS and Skull Base Surgery from Marseille, France and in Aviation Medicine from Paris, France. His preferred areas of interest are middle ear surgery, external auditory canal disease, otitis media and externa, aviation medicine, tuberculosis, thyroid and parathyroid gland surgery and allergic rhinitis. Currently, he is working as the Head Of ENT Department at the military hospital of Doha, Qatar and also act as an ENT Consultant.

She has 23 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically in the ENT market, and 26 years of clinical experience to include service as a Flight Nurse in the United States Air Force Reserves. Ms. Davidson is the Vice President of Sales, North America at GM Instruments, Ltd. with a special interest in and published on the technology of objective nasal measurements and clinical applications.

Biography :

Prof Produl Hazarika MBBS, DLO, MS, FACS, FRCS (Edin), FIAO, FUWAI, Fellow of UICC is presently working as an otolaryngologist in NMC Specialty Hospital in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. He is a former professor and head and director of post graduate studies of the department of Otorhinolaryngology and Head&Neck Surgery in Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India. He has 28 years of clinical teaching experience both at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, with over 100 publications in various national and international journals. He was selected as international guest scholar by the American College of Surgeon in 1986 and has travelled widely to the U.S, Australia, U.K and Malaysia, Switzerland, Mauritius on various fellowship programs. He has conducted various operative workshops abroad and in India. He has taken up an overseas assignment for two years as a consultant and head of the department of ENT, Armed Forces Hospital in Kuwait. He was en elceted chairman of editorial board of Indian Journal of Otolaryngology and Head&nck Surgery for the years 1996 to the year 1999. He was appointed as external accessor by University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from August 2000- April 2005. He was the examiner for both undergraduate and post- graduate student of various universities of India He had done pioneering work in Surgical Rehabilitation of alaryngeal patients in India. He has also introduced voice prosthesis known as HRA Prosthesis. He was the first surgeon to introduce Nucleus 22 Channel Nuclear Implant in India in March 1995. The surgical team headed by Dr. Hazarika has popularized skull based surgery in India during the late 80’s and early 90’s. He was instrumental in introducing KTP-532 Laser for the first time in a teaching institution and had carried out extensive laser work. He is the author of three otorhinolaryngology and head and neck textbooks.He is an invited speaker in various national ,regional and state conferences organize by otolaryngologist.

Professor Tevfik Metin Onerci is a full-time Professor at Hacettepe University, Department of Otorhinolaryngology. He is the director of Sleep disturbances and Surgery Center at Hacettepe University and President of the Society of Sleep Surgeons, Turkish Rhinoplasty Society. He is the general secretary of the International Rhinologic Society and also the chairperson of IFOS Committee for Rhinology and Allergy, Sleep, and Facial Plastic surgery. He has more than 150 publications in international journals, four published international books.

Dr. Di Stadio is an Otolaryngologist, specialized in Otology/Neurotology, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Microsurgery. She is currently responsible for the Otolaryngology research line at the San Camillo Hospital IRCCS in Venice (Italy). Her research interests are the neurodegenerative disease. In particular, she studies the involvement of hearing pathways in the neurodegenerative disease as Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer, and Mitochondrial disease. She collaborates with the Columbia University of NY and the Wayne University in Detroit. She is the reviewer for several International peer-reviewed journals and she is the author of several articles published in International Journals.

I am Mohammed A. Gomaa, professor of Otorhinolaryngology, Faculty of Medicine, Minia University, Egypt. I am graduated from Minia University in 1990, spent my residency at Minia University Hospital, I spent all of my careers at Minia university till I get the position of the Full professor in 2014. I spent a couple of years as a research fellow at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center from 1996 to 1998 working on head and neck cancer. I am a member of American Academy of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck surgery since 1999 and now serving on Diversity committee also serving now as a Global Liaison of Otorhinolaryngology Section of American National Medical Association. I published 25 articles and another 10 now under publication, I published many of them at international Journal with impact factors. My h-index is 7 and have my papers cited in 163 articles so far. I present a lot of my work at highly ranked international conferences In USA, Europe, Dubai, and of course Egypt. I am the consultant, Research Leader, and international scholar in the field of Otorhinolaryngology.

Passionate for more than 30 years by the scientific and artistic aspect of the voice, he works on vocal cord laser surgery and medical voice imaging. ;Recognized internationally, he works with American teams on this subject. He was also the oto-rhino who made it possible to watch the human voice by tele-video-endoscopy, in the early 80's.

Debashis Acharya is passionate about Otorhinolaryngology (E.N.T.), being more than 29 years in the field including his training period from the prestigious Army Hospital (Research & Referral) affiliated to the University of Delhi, India. An ex- Indian Army Medical Corps officer (Lieutenant Colonel) served as E.N.T. Specialist in the Armed Forces for approx. 12 years until 2008 when he left the services. He has worked as Medical Superintendent at a private Medical College Hospital in Western India after that for almost one year. He also holds a Masters degree in Hospital Administration from the International Symbiosis University, Pune, India. Subsequently held the appointment of H.O.D. & Associate Professor at Ahmedabad, India. for approx. two years before moving to Qatar in 2011. Presently working as Consultant E.N.T. in P.H.C.C. (Primary Health Care Corporation) ,Govt. of Qatar since 2014. His academic articles have been published in various foreign E.N.T. journals and he is also Honorary Editor of many such publications. He has been an Organizing Committee member & Chairman of various international E.N.T. conferences across the Gulf region, India, U.K., Singapore, France & Italy to mention a few. He is an avid COVID worker & has been honored by the Govt. Of Qatar & Anbar Medical University, Iraq. His research article on COVID has been published by a high indexed journal, appreciated internationally, received multiple citations & has been sent with recommendation to WHO for further academic research on COVID. Insurance:

No insurance, of any kind, is included along with the registration in any of the events of the organization. 

Transportation:

Please note that transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant, Allied Academies will not be liable for any actions howsoever related to transportation and parking.

Press/Media:

Press permission must be obtained from Allied Academies Conference Organizing Committee prior to the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing. The Allied Academies is an objective third-party non-profit organization and this conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company. 

Requesting an Invitation Letter:

For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference after payment of complete registration fee. Once registration is complete, please contact otolaryngology@alliedmeetings.com to request for a personalized letter of invitation, if not received until one month before the scheduled date of event.

All the bank charges applicable during refund will be deducted from the account of participant. 

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to finance@alliedacademies.com

If, due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event on the scheduled date, the participant is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling. 

Postponement of event:

If, due to any reason, Allied academies postpone an event and the participant is unable or unwilling to attend the conference on rescheduled dates, he/she is eligible for a credit of 100% of the registration fee paid. This credit shall only be used for another event organized by Allied academies within period of one year from the date of rescheduling. 

Transfer of registration:

All registrations, after payment of complete registration fee, are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if in case the person is unable to attend the event. Request for transfer of registration must be made by the registered person in writing to contact@alliedacademies.com. Details must include the full name of replaced new registrant, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.

Registration can be transferred to one conference to another conference of Allied academies if the person is unable to attend one of conferences.

However, Registration cannot be transferred if intimated within 14 days of respective conference.

The transferred registrations will not be eligible for Refund.

Visa Information:

Keeping in view of increased security measures, we would like to request all the participants to apply for Visa as soon as possible.

Allied academies will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. All delegates or invitees should apply for Business Visa only.

Important note for failed visa applications: Visa issues are not covered under the cancellation policy of Allied academies, including the inability to obtain a visa. 

Refund Policy:

If the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund policies apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overhead charges, following Refund Policy Orders are available:

Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for Full Refund after deduction of $100 towards service Fee.

Within 60-30 days of Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment Refund

Within 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for Refund

E-Poster Payments will not be refunded.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

Accommodation Service Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies which are applicable when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. If in case the registrant wishes to cancel or amend the accommodation, he/ she is expected to inform the organizing authorities on a prior basis. Allied academies will advise the registrant to ensure complete awareness about the cancellation policy of your accommodation provider, prior to cancellation or modification of their booking.
